Likes;; Flowers, Books, Others' Smiles, and Raviolis
Dislikes;; Spoken Words, Being Abandoned, Attentions, and Exercise
Strengths;;Weakness;;
- observant- While it may seem like Gabriel never pays attention to anything she is really just taking in a bunch of details at once, not really focusing on anything.
- intelligent- Gabriel is really smart, despite many thinking her to be dull witted.
- gentle- Gabriel would never harm another and tends to help others quietly from behind.
- calm- She is always in control of herself and doesn't give into fits of rage or tears.
Personality;; Strangely enough, Gabriel's seeming lack of a personality is exactly where in her personality lies. Mute, inexpressive, and otherwise equally blank on the outside Gabriel seems to be a very flat person with no personality. Yet inside she has a strange working mind that doesn't see a need for forms of communication and sets aside her own instincts in favor of silence and seclusion.
- mute- Gabriel does not talk.
- anti-social- She has trouble in social situations and in general just avoids them.
- inexpressive- Gabriel's expression is always blank and she seems unable to express her emotions to others.
- stubborn- Gabriel is set in her ways and will not allow others to "help" her out of them.
- defiant- Despite being abnormal, Gabriel would never change to fit how others want her to be and is equally defiant in many other ways.
Yet deep inside, Gabirel really is just another sweet-hearted girl. She cares for others and often helps them out from behind the scenes. She feels the world is a bright a beautiful place and places her enjoyments in nature and stories. She takes pleasures in the little things that she likes and has an inventive creativity all her own. She comprehends things way beyond her and understands the emotions others show, in meaning if not in depth and expression.

History;; On a Monday, October 12th, the young Marianna Sensive, age 19, with her husband, Michael Sensive, age 21, by her side, gave birth to a healthy baby, dyret girl. They named her Gabriel Leah Sensive. At 15" and 4 lbs and 6 oz. the newborn was decidedly small in size, and her health was uncertain. After a week in the hospital for observation, Gabriel was pronounced stable but small and released to go home.
Gabriel was a quiet baby, hardly ever crying and nearly never fussing. As she grew older she remained small, but learned things quickly, walking and holding her own bottle as soon as her body was strong enough. Her mother and her gay brother, Gabriel's uncle Jeffrey, dressed the young Gabriel up like a doll, which sometimes it seemed like she really was by her eerie silence.
Gabriel never spoke as a toddler, preferring to remain silent. By the time she was three it was very obvious that she was a rather indifferent person. She was barely effected by anything around her and people wondered about her mental health. She would appear to be reading, but it was never certain if she was understanding the words, or just staring at them one by one then flipping the page. By the time she was three it was thought by her mother and her entire family that she was mute and possibly had Asperger's syndrome.
When they took her into a psychiatrist to be tested for the slight for of autism though they found that she was almost the opposite of every symptom. The only ones she seemed to hold true to were her lack of social interactions and strange indifference to many things. However as the doctor observed her it became apparent that she paid good attention and seemed to comprehend things well, even beyond her age in many ways. He sent them home saying she was just going to be a bit of a social late bloomer.
Yet as she neared her schooling years, normal social functions didn't come. Her face still remained as blank as ever and she had still yet to give anyone a real smile. Even when her mother tried to get her to play with other kids, she seemed to have no drive to relate to them. Before she even had the chance to enter school though, a tragedy hit Gabriel's family in the form of a fire. The fire took Gabriel's Mother's life and left her father in despair.
After her mother's funeral, Gabriel's father split, leaving her to be taken care of by her uncle who did not mind taking care of his niece, but didn't approve of his brother-in-law leaving. When he had tried to convince Michael otherwise though, he had told Jeffery that there was no point in staying. His wife was gone and his daughter had never really been there. He said it in front of Gabriel, knowing she never showed emotions anyways. Showing isn't the same as having though and for the first time after he turned and left, Gabriel felt a hot wetness running down her face from her blank eyes.
Gabriel drifted through her life after that, much like she had already been drifting through it. Once school started her uncle dressed her up nicely every morning and told her to be a "good girl." Gabriel never complained and always did her assignments and got good marks on her reading, writing, math, science, and even her more creative classes like art and music, though she never really did well in PE. However she never made any friends and the other kids either ignored her or bullied her, though never for long since she didn't respond in the ways they would have liked.
People didn't really understand Gabriel. Even her own uncle found it hard to relate to her. However she wasn't as soul less as some thought her to be and her Uncle was the only one who saw enough of her to really see this. Over the years he saw the small signs of the person inside of her. The tears for her mother and father when they left her life, drawings of bright flowers and happy faces, a need to eat raviolis, and, once after she neared puberty, a slight gentle smile crossing her face as she read a small romance novel in the reclining chair.
These days, it seems as though she hasn't changed much. She seems non-responsive and tends to act oblivious and indifferent. No one really seems to appreciate her subtle personality except her uncle, who constantly urges her into doing things and gets her going at the beginning of the day.

Characters;; So Far Just Gabriel here
Example;;Dance music pounded through Michæl's head as he sat at the bar of a night club,
sipping on a beer mug full of green tea and tapping his fingers to the beat as he
looked around the place for anyone that looked cute enough to tease tonight.
Unfortunately most of the people he saw fit into three categories other then available and cute. He sighed, the categories that were currently being shown were
those who already had a date, were cute, but to drunk for his tastes, and just not
his type.
He smirked a little at that. There were very few that "weren't his type", but
somehow a few of them had managed to show up here. They were a lady,
somewhere in her late 30's and too old to really fit in here, a young man that he
would have found attractive, if not for the large array of piercings and tattoos on
his body, and a few people that were wearing the currently "in" designer clothes.
It wasn't as surprising that no one here could suit him as it would have been
usually though, the club was having a slow night. He wondered why that was. This
place usually had a lot of people around and about. Plenty of variety and choice for
his ever roaming heart to race after. He took the last of his green tea down in a
gulp, tonight didn't seem like it was going to provide anyone to snuggle up to, so he
decided to leave.
Standing up he put a five on the table, not for the tea, he had brought it himself,
but as his usual tip to his friends that staffed the place and let him come here to
eye the other patrons and allow him to use the beer mugs for his tea's and hot
chocolates. One of his friends, a bar maid, waves to him as he goes, and he smiles
and waves back at her before leaving.
Michæl and her had had a fling, as he had had with most of his now friends, and
like the rest of them, he had found that, while they made great company and
friends, they weren't made for each other. Since it was usually him who had the
crushes on people and initiated the relationships, he wasn't really one to leave
broken hearts behind, but rather make a lot of "special friends.
Smiling ruefully at the memory he turns off of the main street into an alley where
he would be able to make the change from human form to were-cat form without
scaring anyone. While his white cat ears and puffy white tail drew no special
attention among the crowds, as many other people had similar appendages
themselves, fully shifting his form to that of a cat was a much different story.
He looked around the alley way first, trying to see if he could spot anyone, but it
was fairly dark, and his human eyes didn't see as well as his cat ones which he had
grown to rely on in the dark. Not seeing anyone didn't mean safety to him, it meant
uncertainty. Alleys near the club, especially this one, usually held at least one
drunk or homeless person who he usually had to shoo away. The lack of one
tonight disturbed him a little.
"Is anyone here?" He called out, walking around a dumpster and trying to gauge
the likelihood of getting a response from the seemingly empty place. Yet he knew
that alone wasn't always enough to call out the hobos who might think him a police
man. "I'm not going to hurt you, but I know you're here. Please come out now, I'd
like to talk with you." This was something he said to the seemingly empty alleys all
the time. Most of the time it would warrant no response because the alley was truly
empty and he'd be safe to shift, but sometimes it drew out the last reluctant hobo
who would sometimes leave for a few minutes for a few bucks. Now he waited to
see if any hobos were hiding out this time.
